Where Indoor Cycling Meets Strength Training

Our training sessions uniquely combine indoor cycling (spinning) with floor training exercises that incorporate cross training, kettle bells and Pilates. Our approach focuses on mixing total body strength training and metabolic conditioning (cardio) to deliver optimal body conditioning and total fun work out experience



An intense 45 minute cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based, focusing on temp variations, hear-rate zones, sprints and climbs that are fun and challenging


Muscular strength meets the cardiovascular endurance. Cross train by combining strength exercises with power spin cycling


A 45 minute power spin cycling workout combined with upper body and core training using kettle bells


The Cross Train Pilates method encompasses more than 600 controlled precise movements designed to stretch and strengthen muscle without adding bulk. The exercises follow the six principles of Joseph Pilates – centering, control, concentration, flow, breath and precision


An intense combination of upper body boxing routines with a lower body power spin cycling

    Nikos is an ex-military officer, track & field champion and dancer.  He will push and pull you to your limits and get the best out of you, whether its on the bike or on the floor.

      Barbara is a member of the Hellenic National Road & Mountain Bike Cycling team and winner of many championship titles. She delivers her own intense brand of power and cycling workouts that will get your heart and legs pumping through carefully crafted resistance intervals

      Apostolos is a highly qualified spinning and TRX instructor and an active cross-country marathon runner. His spin classes workouts are precise and effective, providing speed and resistance variations designed to build and tighten cycling muscles and train your body’s different energy systems

      Marios has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and significant iron man, duoathlon and cycling championships under his belt. He brings enthusiasm, energy and huge amounts of fun to his cycling and running workout sessions


    Row Coach

      Antonis, a former Hellenic rowing national athlete, is our dedicated row coach that will ensure you learn the correct rowing technique. He will guide you through alternate training intervals on and off of the row machine delivering a high intensity, low impact, cardio and strength training workout. 


    Class Policies

    • Please mention any physical limitations to the instructor prior to the start of class
    • Classes close 15 minutes after scheduled start time. Please do not ask to be the exception
    • Please respect classes in progress. Keep unnecessary noise to a limit inside and outside the training area
    • Use lockers to store bags and other items, please do not bring them into classes
    • You are responsible for the security of your belongings, so make sure you bring your own lock for lockers
