Our training sessions are based on over 15 different sports movements from boxing to track and field. We use hybrid training methods, by combining indoor cycling or spinning with Kettlebells - on and off the bike, TRX, Boxing,Trampolines and Yoga. Our classes focus on mixing total-body strength training and metabolic conditioning (“cardio”) to deliver optimal body conditioning and an unforgettable workout experience.
