Mobility / Stretch

Reformer promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. Most Pilates reformer exercises have to do with pushing pulling, lying down, sitting, standing, pulling the straps, pushing/perched the footbar, perched on the shoulder blocks & many other variations.

A stand alone hypertrophy focused program. The Goal is to stay focused and rest just long enough so that you can perform the next set with quality and control unless stated otherwise. Sessions are not for time.
